Types of Beat Licenses

We offer 3 different types of non-exclusive licenses and one exclusive rights license. Non-exclusive licenses are also commonly referred to as “beat leases.” Although there are limitations to what you can do with each non-exclusive license (see details below) – you keep 100% of the profits you make from selling your songs made with the beats. Unlimited Non-Exclusive licenses do not have those limits. *Note: you can purchase individual licenses to our beats at belairbeats.ch Member get free non-exclusive licenses to all our new beats in addition to other great benefits, like mixing & mastering and promo. Basic Non-Exclusive License ($19.99)

1) Receive a High Quality 320KBps MP3 of the beat
2) Allowed for commercial use (Album, Digital Single, Performances) with limitations
3) One tag remains in the intro of the beat
4) Sell up to 500 units
5) Up to 5,000 Streaming Audio Plays (Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud, etc)
6) Up to 5,000 Streaming Video Plays (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
7) Broadcasting rights limited to 1 radio station
8) Allowed to be used for Youtube, with monetization
9) Belair Beats retains full ownership of the beat and can continue to sell more non-exclusive licenses for that beat

Professional Non-Exclusive License ($49.99)

1) Receive a Premium Quality 16bit 44.1Khz WAV
2) Plus a High Quality 320KBps MP3 of the beat
3) One tag remains in the intro of the beat
4) Allowed for commercial use (Album, Digital Single, Performances) with limitations
5) Sell up to 2000 units
6) Up to 50,000 Streaming Audio Plays (Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud, etc)
7) Up to 50,000 Streaming Video Plays (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
8) Broadcasting rights limited to 5 radio stations total
9) Allowed to be used for Youtube, with monetization
10) Belair Beats retains full ownership of the beat and can continue to sell more non-exclusive licenses for that beat

Premium Non-Exclusive License ($99.99)

1) Receive individual tracked-out WAV files (commonly referred to as “stems”) for the beat
2) Plus a Premium Quality 16bit 44.1Khz WAV
3) And a High Quality 320KBps MP3 of the beat
4) Your choice to remove all tags from the beat
5) Allowed for commercial use (Album, Digital Single, Performances) with limitations
6) Sell up to 5,000 units
7) Up to 100,000 Streaming Plays (Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud, etc)
8) Up to 100,000 Streaming Video Plays (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
9) Broadcasting rights limited to 10 radio stations total
10) Allowed to be used for Youtube, with monetization
11) Belair Beats retains full ownership of the beat and can continue to sell more non-exclusive licenses for that beat

Exclusive Rights (Varies from $100-$2500)

1) Receive individual tracked-out WAV files (commonly referred to as “stems”) for the beat
2) Plus a Premium Quality 16bit 44.1Khz WAV
3) And a High Quality 320KBps MP3 of the beat
4) Your choice to remove all tags from the beat
5) Allowed for commercial use (Album, Digital Single, Performances) without limitations
6) Sell Unlimited units
7) Unlimited Streaming Plays (Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud, etc)
8) Unlimited Streaming Video Plays (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
9) Broadcasting rights on unlimited radio stations
10) Allowed to be used for Youtube, with monetization
11) Belair Beats transfers full ownership of the beat to the buyer and Belair Beats can no longer continue to sell more non-exclusive licenses for that beat

Free Beats:

Beats can be used for free if used non-commercially.
Belair Beats needs to be tagged as the Producer in the Title.
“belairbeats.ch” needs be added to the Description.
(No uploads to streaming platforms like spotify and co.)
